What we do
Ideally we prefer working with our clients’ right from the inception stage or from the stage where they are planning a fundamental shift in direction or approach in order to scale up.

We help them garner the necessary funds to give their idea a shape and/or provide the right kind of impetus to their businesses. Once the funds come in the next step is to both define new processes and structures and recruit the right people to give fuel to the growth engine. We support our clients in both these areas.

Recruiting the right talent however is not enough. It needs to be constantly trained and aligned to perform. This is where our training services help our clients nurture the talent they hire. A robust IT infrastructure is essential to be able to keep the efficiency levels high and measure how the different levers in the system (read departments/business units) are performing. We support our clients both in creating this IT infrastructure and in using it to measure the trends in order to intervene at the right time if required.

 

It would be foolhardy for us to expect that we would be able to work with all organizations from inception stage itself. In fact, we consider ourselves to be fortunate when we  associate with an organization from the birth stage (especially as it makes our job a whole lot easier and the results that much faster!) or for all these service. But that does not worry us much as it doesn’t matter whether we are currently working with our clients for one service or more, what matters is that we are just a phone call away for everything else!
